    As a subsidiary of Iran Oil Ministry, Oil Exploration Management Company activities are managing and planning of oil exploration process. The company is located in Tehran and headquarters activities are carried out in this building. The building has been operational for several years and BMS systems are being used.  Façade of this building is made of composite.

  • Objectives

    Some of the concerns in every operational building are proper utilization of existing systems including electrical, mechanical and BMS. Lack of these considerations may have consequences such as increasing depreciation and reducing equipment life time; it also increase the cost of repair and maintenance.

  • Solutions

    To tackle above objectives, an expert maintenance team who are completely familiar with maintenance processes and downstream systems was recruited. Team members also needed to be familiar with intelligent building management systems including cooling, heating, ventilation, lighting and access control systems.

    TACWIN started providing maintenance services to this building in October 2008. TACWIN also had plans for structural revision of BMS systems and improving the maintenance conditions. Since then TACWIN is providing services to this building and has been able to gain the consent of the employer.
