    Central building of sailing Terminal is located in Kish it’s a new port on kish Island.

  • Challenges

    Usually such complexes in big cities are very crowded. Increasing number of visitors in evening, weekend and holidays can increase load of energy significantly. Unknown occupied and unoccupied times during days of the week and weekends caused different need of heating, cooling and lighting. Different application of areas needs different security policies. Level of satisfaction of people in this building depends on level of comfort in case of heating, cooling, lighting, noise and security. In another hand we have to prevent access of the visitors to restricted areas and control traffic of visitors in another key point in this building.

  • Solutions

    Considering the challenges which management of this building faced to and the need for maximum energy conservation and energy efficiency, the use of BMS system was necessary. All mechanical and electrical systems have been controlled by Schneider Electric products. Lighting management system has been done by Schneider Electric products too. In this project we could be able to energy saving up to 38% and increase energy efficiency. For security reasons all areas are covered by CCTV cameras and access control system. All above systems has been fully integrated. Another system which has been offered in this project is VAV system in order to have better control on climate and more energy conservation in the building.
