  • Objectives

    Power Ministry building contain several important agencies. Our aim was
    to provide comfort and create a good working condition for all staff
    who work in these premises .Our main objective was to reduce energy cost
    .but not to reduce standard of health and safety level for all employers
    This building is located in an open air area in north of Tehran near
    mountains geographically. Poor wall installation caused the energy
    consumption being very high. We installed more than 40,000 installa. ons and
    installing in a second cover
    of double glassing windows. Also we could control energy management for out of office hours times.

  • Solutions

    Tacwin company in order to tackle these objective has provided an Integrated Intelligent Building Management
    system (BMS). Systems presented in this section include control of cooling, heating and air conditioning and also
    control building lighting. Reduce energy consumption with effective and accurate control on these systems
    commensurate with the presence of individuals and environmental conditions outside the building, control
    scenarios by experts in the company are noticed. These plans provide comfort environmental conditions, reduced
    energy consumption and the proportion of energy consumption with the presence of people is considered. In
    HVAC field, with control mechanical room equipments, including central chillers, boilers, pumps, booster pumps,
    coils and resources cooling towers and downstream equipment such as fan coil AHUs predicted to be at least 40%
    energy efficient buildings be seeking, also with lighting control predicted to be at least 15% energy saving. Due to
    the precise control of the building can be prevented equipment depreciation inapposite; is expected that
    maintenance costs a considerable amount of saving. Also through these systems, BMS systems as well as building
    access control integrated in out of office time will be diagnosed. To achieve the desired results of the company
