    Hekmat  buildings projects includes three main tower D, C, B, respectively, which each contains  6, 10 and 14 floors in West of Tehran and  Sheikh  Fazlullah Exp. way are located. These buildings have central air conditioning systems and all intelligent building management systems have been used in these towers.

  • Objectives

    HEKMAT office buildings contain several important agencies. Our aim was to provide comfort and create a good working condition for all staff who work in these premises.

    Our main objective was to reduce energy cost but not to reduce standard of health and safety level for all employers.

    The HEKMAT buildings are located in an open air area in west of Tehran near mountains geographically.  Poor wall installation caused the energy consumption being very high.

    We installed more than 40,000 installations and installing in a second cover of double glassing windows. Also we could control energy management for out of office hours times.
