  • Project characteristics

    Shiraz IT tower is the only IT tower in the Middle East.  This tower is a commercial office building that located in Shiraz city in Iran. The tower consists of 11 floors and its façade made of glass & composite. More than 240 employees work in this building also the building has several conference& data centers. HVAC systems of this building include central mechanical room with AHUs & room terminals.

  • Objectives

    Existence of different working environments in this center cause several problems such as zone condition control. Number of administration and commercial units despite the fact that staffs in this center work in different shifts and constant use of energy even though very few people work in some shifts (nights).we needed to work out some plans to tackle over use of energy. some conference centers are not use at most of the times so there is no need for Ac when halls are not in use. providing safety and access central are important factors too.

  • Solutions

    TACWIN Company with the participation of all the challenge has been mentioned and to decrease of them has performed BMS for this building. Provide comfort conditions in different environments with the aim of building works to minimize air conditioning systems and facilities and reduce energy consumption as the main goal was introduced for this aim was planned. All building installations system income under BMS control Using Schneider electric products. Temperature and moisture environment was kept in standard conditions by using of sensors 3 or 2 way valve with actuator. Controllers & scenarios Lighting system controlled based on need inside and with regard to the amount of light outside. The cameras have been installed in different places according to the building security standards. With regard to that the building include several location, We need to provide best security conditions for each location and access to different location should be controlled by BMS. Different level of access defined for different people So they can only be enter to allowed spaces. The guaranteed health of people in the building is very important, it is possible with the use of the fire alarm system. Finally al systems has been integrated and delivered to employer. We have been able to have complete employers satisfaction.
