  • Building Energy Modeling (BEM) is a multi-purpose tool for building energy efficiency, supporting projects at the level of individual buildings and building stocks (HVAC Dynamic Design, BMS Control System, Load Calculation, Rating, Financial incentives).
    • Calculate thermal loads, system response to those loads, and resulting energy use, along with related metrics like occupant comfort and energy costs.
    • Perform a full year of calculations on an hourly or shorter basis.
    • Calculations account for system interactions like the ones between lighting and heating/cooling.

Chilled ceiling

  • The chilled ceiling system achieves excellent thermal comfort and drought resistance in room with high thermal loads. Using water as the heat transfer medium, heat is absorbed and removed from the occupied space as water flows through the system. The system, which can also be used as a sailing solution, has very good sound absorption values.
