The project has been constructed in southern Iran, Kish Island and has been established four galleries , each contains precious & interesting objects.
This hall is located on the Shore of Kish Island and its distance from the Persian Gulf coast is very low. This hall often cannot be in operation during one year and only when the seminar or conference that is held to be occupied by persons.

High temperature air with high humidity, especially in the warm seasons of the project has distinct from other projects. In most cases, for providing comfort conditions in temperate areas, just that we control the space temperature. While this project precise moisture control is more important than temperature. So that AHU cooling coils in addition to duty cooling fresh air spaces must be reduce very high environmental humidity. Humidity control is done with using the cooling coil of AHUs.
On the other hand, because the building is empty most days of the year, building security will be important.
Solutions
Considering the special conditions of the project selection methods to deal with problems is different than other projects.
For this purpose, the development of ITE company, despite using modern products of Schneider electric company with experienced personnel using their expertise to measure changes in specific scenarios, central air conditioning control equipment to be able to project the level of standard comfort provided. Equipment of mechanical room and fan coils and all AHUs equipped with sensors and an integrated system in order to provide optimal control. To reduce the amount of moisture and bring it to standard, three-way valve in addition to temperature, associated with the moisture. Lighting control systems for optimization of building lighting is used and the absence of people lighting system automatically turns off. In order to project security CCTV system with access control are used.
People can be achieving to special location that defined to them by using the magnetic cards. Using this system we are able to control of access to different parts of the building. Using new technologies we could control and reduce too much energy consume and maintenance costs.
Kish Museum can be considered one of the most special projects of ITE Company.
