    Yazd Telecommunication building is located in Yazd-Iran. This building is an office building which over 200 employees work in it. Base on different department  in that building such as management rooms, meeting rooms, engineering rooms, and server rooms, it needed accurate control system.

  • Objectives

    An important factor that a company runs efficiently is climate control and Also a good lighting system can help the efficiency of employees.
    Our objective in this project was to improve these two factors;
    (Climate & lighting)

  • Solutions

    Considering the challenges in this building the only possible solution is controlling all mechanical and electrical devices in the building. To achieve these goals, we had to use proper devices which are manufactured by Schneider Electric.

    In order to proper use of system, we had to have a correct controlling plan which has been prepared by TACWIN engineers and base on that plan we could be able to implement an integrated BMS in that building.

    Installing BMS could help us reach a good level of climate in this building and energy save up to 40% and reduce maintenance and operational costs up to 50%.

    With offering an integrated building management system and by using latest technology of these systems offered by Schneider Electric, TACWIN was able to have complete satisfaction of customer.
